Appointments
Because we are a surgical practice, it is not always possible to stay exactly on time. Still, we pride ourselves on staying on schedule and rarely will you have much, if any, waiting time.

New patients and some surgical patients are asked to arrive early, approximately fifteen to twenty minutes prior to your actual appointment time. This allows plenty of time for necessary forms to be filled out by the patient. If you are not sure whether you need to arrive early for your appointment, please call our office staff. Payments
Payments are due at the time of service, unless you have made prior payment arrangements. Below is a description of the payment arrangements we offer:
 

  1. MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOR 2 TO 3 MONTHS WITH NO INTEREST AND NO FINANCING FEES:
    With a minimum of thirty percent of your total portion for treatment due on or by the day of your dental appointment, you may arrange to make 1 or 2 additional monthly payments. There are no interest or financing fees, provided that you pay off your balance by the agreed date. Please call our office staff for more information about this option.
     
  2. Monthly payments for up to 12 months with no interest and no financing fees: We work with Wells Fargo Bank to provide this option for you. There are no interest or financing fees, provided that you pay off your balance within 12 months. A minimum of thirty percent of your total portion is due on or by the day of your dental appointment. Apply online with Wells Fargo Financing.
     
  3. Periodontal and Implant credit option: For those interested in financing longer than 12 months and/or low monthly payments, Wells Fargo Bank and CareCredit provide several different plans. Note: There are typically finance charges invloved with these options.
     
  4. Personal checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.

All payment arrangements must be made a minimum of 10 days prior to procedure date; and please note, payment options are not available for all procedures. Please check with our office for details. [back to top]

Insurance
Our treatment recommendations are based solely on what we feel will give you the best periodontal outcome. We will do all we can to help you derive benefits from your insurance plan, including submission of pre-treatment estimates and claim submission; however please remember this is done as a courtesy to our patients. Ultimately, each patient is entirely responsible for his or her bill.

If you are not sure whether your insurance will provide coverage for examinations or treatment in our office, please call your insurance company. Your employer's human resource department or your insurance company website may also provide helpful information.[back to top]

Cancellations
For surgical procedures, please give one-week notice to reschedule. For all other appointments, please give 48 hours notice. We would much prefer not to bill cancellation charges for missed appointments. Please try to keep the appointment time we have reserved exclusively for you.[back to top]
