Being a surgical practice, it is sometimes difficult to stay on schedule. We still make a point to limit as much waiting time as possible for our patients.
We ask that new patients and the surgical patients arrive 15-20 minutes prior to their appointment time. This ensures that you will have enough time to fill out the required forms. Please call our staff if you aren’t sure if you need to arrive early for your appointment.
Unless patients have made prior payment arrangements with one of our financial institutions, all payments are due at the time of service.
We offer the following payment options:
Personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted.
We work with Wells Fargo and Care Credit to provide options of special financing for 12 months with approved credit.
Keep in mind that all payment arrangements must be approved 10 days prior to your procedure date.

Our staff will do everything possible to derive benefits from your insurance plan, including submission of pre-treatment estimates and claim submission. However, please remember that this is done as a courtesy to our patients. For questions directly related to your coverage, we advise that patients contact their insurance company or human resource department.
We ask that you give one-week notice to reschedule surgical procedures. Please provide 48 hours for all other appointments. Unfortunately, missed appointments may result in bill cancellation charges.
