icon-implantAm I a good candidate for an implant?
Dental implants are the best way to give you back your smile and most people are candidates regardless of their age. So, chances are great that you are!

When you lose one or multiple teeth chances are you have never become fully accustomed to losing such a vital part of yourself. This procedure can be your doorway to renewed self-confidence and peace of mind.

If you are considering this option, you must be examined thoroughly. There are also treatments to improve the outcome, such as bone grafting, that may be recommended. The dental implant placement is a team effort between an oral surgeon from our team and a restorative dentist. Your dentist will also make any temporary prosthesis needed during the implant process.

Contrary to popular belief, pain is not the only sign that something is wrong with your teeth and just because you don’t feel any pain it doesn’t mean that there isn’t a disease present. Regular visits to the dentist are very important to assess any potential problems and remove them before they do start to hurt you.

icon-tooth-brillantWhat is involved in dental implant surgery?
What to expect: undergoing the procedure does not have to be stressful or cause anxiety. Most procedures are performed in our Denver Dental Implant Center and local anesthesia is usually adequate for these outpatient procedures. While frequently there is no pain, some discomfort is to be expected during the recovery process since it is a surgery.
